In this guide we will quickly show how to make purchases on our website.
1. REGISTER AN ACCOUNT
To start you need to be registered, if this operation has already been done, you can log in with your credentials and go directly to step 3.
o register, just enter your e-mail address, set an access password , accept the data processing as explained in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
At the end click on the REGISTER button. If the REGISTER button is disabled, it is necessary to change the password field with a password that has at least a medium security level .
2. ACCOUNT AUTHENTICATION
The system sends an email with a link to the e-mail address entered in the previous step, if the email does not arrive, try searching the SPAM folder as well.
Open the email and click on the purple button (see image on the side).
3. CART
Once the first 2 steps have been completed, it is possible to log in by entering your credentials and then selecting the products of your interest by adding them to the cart.
Once you are ready to make the payment you can click on the CART item at the top right.
The screen is divided into 2 parts, the left section summarizes the items in the cart, under the "PROCEED WITH THE ORDER" button there is a field where you can enter any promotional code.
Click on "PROCEED WITH THE ORDER" when you are ready to make the online purchase.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
To confirm the order, fill in the billing information and shipping address of the goods in the left section of the screen (if different from the billing address, click on the check box"Send to a different address?“).
The data marked with an asterisk (*) are MANDATORY..
On the right side you have to select: the shipping method, the form of payment (bank transfer or credit card), accept the conditions set out in the privacy policy, the site's terms of service and your credit card details (in case you have selected payment by credit card).
At this point you can click on the "PLACE ORDER" button, checking that you have filled in all the mandatory fields.
CONGRATULATIONS: at the end of step 4 the purchase will be taken over by the system, you will receive an email to your email address with the confirmation of the order.
